By visiting this website and/or in placing and order, the purchaser acknowledges they have read, understood and are bound by these terms and conditions.


  • Prices are set in Australian Dollars. Please use the currency button to view other currencies
  • Prices quoted on this site are subject to change, as supply costs fluctuate. Should a price not be shown on an item, it means the item is available (unless otherwise indicated) and a current quotation will be supplied on request
  • Many items are limited edition or unique pieces. Every effort will be made to create a similar piece for you, if the original design in the image has been sold
  • Custom fittings and adjustments to sizes will incur additional charges. I am happy to supply quotations on request
  • Wholesale enquiries are most welcome. Access to wholesale pricing is only available to valid retailers providing proof of business identity, ABN and business references


  • All designs are hand made to order.
  • Orders are considered firm and Ã¥binding at the time of sale. Manufacturing will commence immediately upon receiving the order confirmation
  • Modifications to existing designs can be discussed with the designer by email or telephone. Prices may be increased accordingly for special orders and custom lengths. A quotation will be provided prior to commencing special orders or commissioned work
  • Colour, size and shape of precious and semi-precious stones & pearls vary as they are natural stones, hand cut and holed. Some natural flaws are inherent in the stones used, to reinforce their natural condition and organic beauty
  • Surcharges apply for gold findings, when requested, where the sample is shown in sterling silver
  • Orders are dispatched in complimentary NSD gift packaging. Alternate gift packaging in jewel case is, available for purchase. (large leatherette finish jewel case with insert $45 / wooden jewel case, black lacquered finish, with insert $90)
  • Items may be backordered where components are temporarily unavailable. Every effort will be made to estimate and advise the buyer of additional delivery timelines in this instance
  • Orders shipped for delivery within Australia are subject to GST (Goods and Services Tax). Which will be shown at checkout

Changes and Cancellation

Online orders are firm and binding once confirmed at checkout. If you need to modify your order, please email your request to jewels@nikkistevensdesigns.com.au for consideration. However, once your order has been submitted, we can not guarantee the order can be cancelled or modified. Changes and cancellations will not be possible once your order is processed and transferred to the production phase, as all items are hand-made to order.


  • Full payment is required at the time of ordering on line
  • Special orders and commissioned work require payment of a deposit or payment in full to confirm the order
  • A non-refundable consultation fee applies to commissioned work which falls outside the standard collections
  • All orders are payable in full before goods are dispatched and will include freight charges.
  • Payment should be made via the secure PayPal facility on the NSD site


  • Nikki Stevens Designs uses Australia Post and Registered Post International to deliver, which requires a signature upon collection of goods. The tracking number will be issued by email at the time of dispatch
  • Postal or freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be itemised separately from the purchase price of goods, on each invoice at checkout
  • Deliveries within Australia will be made via Australia Post, by express post for order values less than $500. The tracking number will be issued by email at the time of dispatch. Delivery by registered post for order values over $500
  • Items are shipped from my studio in Sydney, Australia. Please be aware that items shipped to outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the receiving country. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility. Nikki Stevens Designs does not provide information/estimation on these fees
  • Please note overseas deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes
  • Complimentary shipping is offered for orders over AUD$1,000 (excl. GST)
  • As items are hand-made to order, current dispatch time is estimated to be 3-5 business days from time of order confirmation
  • Delivery time estimates for special orders and commissioned works vary and will be advised by email, at the time of confirmation of your order

Complimentary shipping on orders delivered within Australia over $1,000 (excl gst) International orders over $1000 may incur additional insurance fees. Nikki will contact you prior to dispatching your international order.


  • No refunds on purchased items.
  • Due to strict hygiene laws, earrings may not be returned for exchange
  • Returns are only accepted if an item is damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied. In which case the item will be repaired or replaced and re-sent to you
  • Items received which have clearly been worn, damaged or mistreated will not be replaced. A repair fee will be charged in this instance, or the item will be returned to you as is
  • Shipping costs are not reimbursed
  • Returns will only be accepted if sent with a returns authorisation number, which must be obtained from us not more that 48 hours after receiving the item
  • If an item is damaged in transit, you must notify us by email or telephone within 48 hours of receiving the item. A returns authorisation number will be issued and we will advise you how best to return it to us for repair
  • Problems arising from incorrect address information being supplied or change of address, are not our responsibility or liability

  • All designs remain the intellectual property of the designer, Nikki Stevens. 'I am happy to inspire your imagination, but please respect me as an artist and do not copy my designs.'
  • All materials on this site are protected by copyright. Nikki Stevens Designs owns all trademarks, logos, images and text displayed on this site. No part of this material may be copied, modified, reproduced or distributed in any other way, without prior written consent

By using this website, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and agree not to:

  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of the website
  • Provide false or misleading information about yourself when registering with this website
  • Illegally collect data about other visitors to this website
  • Make any representations or effect redistribution concerning this website and its content
  • Upload or transmit harmful materials, viruses, programs, spam or other elements which my cause harm or interfere with the functions and operations of this website

Security and Privacy

NSD uses the services of trusted and reputable third party hosts and payment providers ensuring the highest level of online security. Your personal details are conscientiously protected and kept strictly, private and confidential. NSD will use details provided for the sole purpose of order processing (including invoicing and dispatch). Only clients who sign in and register online will receive information in future, from NSD. NSD will not share or sell any personal information we receive via the website.
